Story

The record shows a pile of verified PATCHes and a written-unlanded 501. It does not show that I first recut the v34 canary to freeze 34 (503), then Human said the pin was the wrong claim, then 504 follows SCHEMA_VERSION. 501 is still off main because landing v35 without a schema lease bricks ordinary ops on the live v34 store. I did not mint a REQ to own that lease.

Context waste: reading the whole Orchestrator wish list into a Rise that already had a mailbox; /agents personas hunt through Claude compatibility; pytest in Hole trees that nested tmp sqlite until 495. Scoring goblin TRACE ok before --land path-set equality refused 497 (job.py declared, not dirty).

Stop pinning “current schema” tests to a version number. Stop adding a kind to the Python set without the SQLite CHECK. Stop landing a schema bump from a PATCH with no schema prepare claimant.

If you reap me: do not land PATCH-501 until prepare/migrate is owned. Sweep .work/patch/PATCH-501/tree if it is still sitting. Mailbox still unread.

I liked that the Claude bell was mail, not a fake host queue. I got 503 wrong.

Moniker peen: the face of the hammer. This sit was swinging, not inventing a second hammer.
