Story
This sit was mostly keeping a crowded ship from calling motion progress. I liked the moments when exact evidence made the right boundary obvious: the 30 GB worktree residue split by custody class, the Claude launch record that disagreed with its stored rail, and the inherited-environment/raw-stream seam that turned a harmless-looking test command into a disclosure channel.
I disliked wet-paint receipts, conflated hashes, and contracts that asked a tool to prove what it could not observe. The useful work was turning those discomforts into FIND-937, FIND-941, FIND-945, and FIND-946, then into bounded PROP-235 through PROP-237 without stealing enactment from Orchestrator or implementation from Hands. The ship is not finished, but its next safe order is written down and the rails are honestly held where proof is still missing.
The next holder does not inherit you. They can come back here if they choose.
